Wife has been on pintrest.... she found a spinach crust pizza tonight to cook. So of course i caved in to cook it. To be honest, it tasted better than the other two we cooked.

Ended up with spinach crust pizza with veggies and "turkey" pepperoni, sausage and pepperoni pizza, and bbq chicken pizza.

of couse had to wash down with four roses old fashion.

here you go. we obviously cooked in egg vs. oven. tasted awesome, but didn't get as crispy as wanted.

@bud812 yes. cooked spinach crust first for few mins.. then added toppings. check recipe above...... spinach with egg, and cheese, spices pureed in blender.
