Going to Universal week after next. We will likely most meals in the park, but Monday night is definitely free. Any nontouristy places to grab some great seafood? Staying near Sea World and will be Ubering. We like the dives. The more hole in the wall the better as long as it's family friendly. TIA

While not a dive, one of our favorites is Columbia in Celebration. It is a Spanish restaurant with a long history. And someday I would like to live in Celebration.

Unfortunately these are quiet a distance from the Universal tourist area ... but if you are going to use Uber, might be worth your drive.
