Nothing wrong with that. In fact that's a pretty standard meal at my house. Nicely doneI raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Yes, salsa on the steak and potatoes. Had some nice (for this time of the year) tomatoes and always enjoy a quick, homemade salsa. Just some tomatoes, onion, peppers, cilantro, black pepper, lime and lemon juice. We like it on steaks.Chubbs said:Does the salsa go on the steak? Looks good from here -

Homemade salsa I tend to put on lots of things. We stayed at a resort in Orlando a few years ago that had daily activities. When I could drag my wife away from the pool or bingo, we took a salsa making class and have been enjoying homemade salsa ever since. I reread this and in describing my salsa, I left out garlic powder. Minced garlic is even better but it is easy to put in too much.
