You buy half of a cow.... for your family of 2. 175lbs of ground beef alone, 362 total. Came out to about $4.80/lb. It was graded as Upper/High USDA Choice. 
And here's a brisket I pulled off yesterday, because why not? 16lbs from Creekstone Farms. It did not suck.
