Afternoon appetizer: Oysters and Moscow Mule




Seared Scallops on spinach, with warm bacon champagne vinaigrette dressing:





Finally, a ribeye, on the cooler side of medium rare.  No reverse sear.  Thought the fork could get in on the action ;)
