Simple Grilled Chicken Thighs

Pretty happy with this one. Used a combination of raised indirect and direct at 400 degrees (threw in a few wet hickory chips at the start).
Served up some crispy, smoky chicken thighs along with a cold Ceasar salad and grilled croutons.

Very niceSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
