Car Wash Mike's Ribs

While SWMBO is out of town I decided to cook some ribs for Day 1 of March Madness. I searched the forum for some fresh advice and found this gem.
The old-timers, I'm sure, will remember Car Wash Mike. And the new-timers will appreciate the rib game plan and the heritage of this forum . Full disclosure, I'm using Oakwood BBQ's DOMINATOR Sweet Rib Rub.
There must be Big Green Eggs in Heaven for the likes of Car Wash Mike.

I don't think it would effect the finished product but Mike always did full racks bone side down.

@Little Steven
He said " I always use an inverted V-Rack" - for the first few hours of the cook and "finished" rib side down.New Albany, Ohio -
I believe what he meant is that he draped the whole rack over the inverted rack till it shrunk a bit in length.
