I love my Thermapen but I wish I had gotten the backlit one. That one doesn't appear to be on sale.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

@minniemoh nope the non backlit model is the sale item. It's still a good deal. We ordered ours with the magnetic silicone boot. Now I'll have 2. One for work and one for home. And think we'll order another just as soon as our Son finishes his business degree and Chef cert. Also thinking of getting him a nice Damascus Knife (that we may have to wait on though

Only for measuring the temps on a Kamado Joe. If you are measuring the temps. on a BGE you have to have the BGE green thermapen to get the fastest speeds.NPHuskerFL said:@McStewPat I respectfully disagree. Red is faster.
