I'm a fan of the steak fajitas. It doesn't hurt that our youngest daughter, and pickiest eater loves them. I got too busy drinking bourbon and left the flatiron steak on a bit too long. Still good though.GalanteNate_OneEa said:Guess we got bit by the same fajita bug this weekend lol , nice cook! -
We carry them in our store, and to be honest, I overlooked them for a couple years. They are awesome and inexpensive. They really do seal in the juices IMO. Love the original hickory, roto roast, garlic peppercorn, who am I kidding I love them all. This was a south west version. Give them a try. Don't have to get grill too hot to get a crust.
