Cilantro garlic pork loin

brined for about 8 hours. Rubbed with plowboys yardbird. Threw on egg at 250. When it hit 130 I brushed glaze on then pulled at 140. Rested an hour while we had ball practice. Pretty damn good. Have no idea what order these pics will show up so apologize before hand.

Looks great, I made that for dinner too! Only cooked the fattier/thicker half and froze the leaner half after brining. The family loves it.

I grabbed one for 16 bucks. I cut in half and made chops with one half. Thats what I cooked few days ago. I did add some blackstrap molasses to my glaze. Gave a little darker, richer color and stickiness to the glaze. Love that amber color.
