I think the first cook I did on the egg was jerk chicken.....and I haven't done it since. Looking at those wings has inspired me to put it on my to-do list. Looks great!Franklin, TNLarge BGE+PSWoo2

Thanks, I switched from Walkerswood to Spur Tree seasoning. Spur Tree has a better flavor profile.
