First time turbo cook

This past weekend I decided to try my first turbo. The night before I rubbed a 5# butt in meatchurch honey hog rub then I rubbed it on the pork!  :D
the next morning  I took it out of the fridge about 30-45 mins before cook. This gave me some time to get the fire going and add some eggcessories to my table ( pics below). The dome temp was 350 and after 5 hours I pulled it at an IT of 200 and foiled and let it rest for 1.5-2 hours before eating. Well I may have pulled some bark for QC immediately, can you blame me??

Added a bottle opener

Forgot to pick up a drip pan so I made a makeshift foil pan, it did the trick!
