Just an easy dinner tonight

First day over zero Celsius in a long time, the sun is shining and the snow is melting fast! I just had to rush home from work to fire up the MM and enjoy the outdoors!
I wanted a light menu tonight, so I went with Atlantic Salmon, with a dusting of fresh cracked pepper, kosher salt and some Tsunami Spin from DP. Cooked for 13 minutes at 400* on a cedar plank. While that was doing its thing, I made up a side of Jasmine rice with basil, and a Caprese salad.
Turned out really well, and its so nice to be Eggin in a t shirt again!
