Needed some way to remove hot items from Egg and as well the oven. Mostly the Egg though. Found these gloves that indicate they can withstand around 600° (over 900° for a short while). Cooking CI one really needs something. Got the idea from @theyolksonyou and his gloves, then noticed these that were rated higher in temp, plus they had extended cuff. So far they worked pretty well.

Have wanted a round CI pan for the Egg instead of using my lodge 10.5" griddle. The handle on the griddle makes it difficult. Go this 14" CI pan that also has raised grid on the flip side. Used it for the chicken tonight and it did beautifully.

On to the pictures... Taken all with cell phone only.
1- The Eggccessories

2 - Pepper poppers... Used the small sweet peppers (in a bag that looks like jalapenos). Stuffed with cream cheese and Armor dried beef. Dang good combo!

3 - Fried mozzarella cheese. Rolled in egg then panko. Pretty tasty.

4 - The chicken. Marinaded in canola oil, lemon juice, worcestershire, Whirly Bird, salt, pepper, oregano

5 - Close up...

6 - Pretty tasty.. Here is the chicken with the chimichurri sauce. Made some stewed cabbage as well.

Beautiful plate.
Good gloves make a huge difference when moving all this hot stuff around.

@Chubbs, bought a block of fresh mozz at Harris Teeter. I cut the block into rectangles. Beat one egg and add some salt and pepper. Another plate have panko ready. Lay each slice of mozz in egg then to panko. May have to re-dip some to make sure panko is evenly distributed. After breading all slices, place in the fridge to set.Chubbs said:Tell me about the mozz?! All looks great
Used the new CI pan with canola oil (Egg around 400°) and fried until golden. Serve immediately either with marinara or without. Wife loved it.------------------------------

Thanks Jason and you're 100% correct. My wife is going to have a talk with you I believe with all this spending. Seems I am getting all my ideas from you. Thank you!theyolksonyou said:Beautiful plate.

On a bad note of this cook, my beloved J.A Henkels knife I have had since I moved out on my own broke while I was mincing garlic. It wasn't an expensive knife, but at the time paying $40-50 on a knife was big time. Now I have to find a different knife. Was looking at the Wustoff's and holy crap I got sticker shock. I need to hold some in order to make my decision so I guess I'll go to Bed Bath and Beyond or somewhere.
Unfortunatly they do not sell or make the knife that broke
