A slightly overcooked Tri- Tip, one side anyways.

I let this one kinda get away from me. Didn't flip enough times, let one side get well, other side just right. It was edible at least.
Angus tri-tip.
Rubbed with Miners Mix, and Peppered cow.
Raised direct at 350F with egg closed, then up to 600F with flames to sear, dome open.
Pulled at 120F internal, already too late, and overheated the one side (see pics).
Not my best work. But it doesn't totally suck.
