No EGG KISS cook

It's Friday and us Catholics don't eat meat on Friday during Lent. I love KISS cooks anyway. Just a bit of low country boil minus the sausage. On the side burner dusted with Old Bay and Tsunami Spin. THE Glass has 4 Roses Single Barrel in it. Life is good.

Not disrespecting your religion at all, but I have a question I've always wanted to ask.  If meat is ok most of the year, what makes it not ok during lent?  I don't get the reasoning behind it.

@ksmyrl that was a great answer. You told me something I didn't know.

That's probably the best explanation I've had in my time on this planet, Nicely done @ksmyrl

I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
