one of my clients asked me to provide lunch for one of their training meetings. I ended up cooking 60pds of BBQ, potato salad, coleslaw, chips, salad and Amish sugar cookies. I think it went well as there was very little left over.
Its good for the soul to feed people and see them smile. Enjoyed it!

Blaster, I have a lg egg and a char-griller acorn kamado for back up on larger cooks. Had the acorn for a few years before I broke done and purchased the egg. I don't use it much but it's handy to keep around.

Looks awesome - I'd love to take on a cook like that. Details please - I don't think you could do 60 lbs on a large in one cook. How did you pull it off?XLBGE, Small BGE, Homebrew and GuitarsRochester, NY
