Chicken and Potatoes

sous vide chicken breast and seared on the egg. used @tarheelmatt recipe for scalloped potatoes which was awesome. threw on a couple chicken sausages as well.

Your CI pan looks almost exactly like the one I use for those potatoes too!

thanks matt, it's a great recipe and I love using that pan. it gets used more than any that I have

Is it an antique? Mine is a pre 1960's Wagner my mother gave me last year. It was gifted to her in 1964 from her aunt.

I don't even know. It was my grandmothers, guess I'll go look.

*edit it's nothing special, says TAIWAN on the back. oh well, still works fine haha
