Wednesday's Wok Cook

Really wanted some zoodles but my grocery had no zukes. Bummer!!  So I just picked up some shrimp and headed home to clean out the veggie drawer. We'll call this Sweet & Spicy Shrimp and Peppers. 

Egg was at 500° and the wok was hot. Started with red pepper flakes for a quick toast and then added the shrimp. 


Removed shrimp and added some garlic and ginger with the whites of a few green onions 


Then the tri colored peppers 


Then the sauce of a mixture of Sweet & Sour,Soy,Sriracha and Hoisin. And threw the shrimp back in 


And plated with quinoa
