Simple Ribeye and Asparagus Salad

Picked up a decent looking but nothing to brag about ribeye that was about 1" thick. Seasoned with SPOG 


Then on on the small at 600° raised direct with lump to the top of the fire ring. No reverse sear or anything just a quick simple steak. Served with an asparagus,bacon & egg salad topped with a homemade Dijon dressing.
