Finally!!! GREAT pizza!

A month and a half into our BGE and our 4th attempt at pizza, and I feel like we finally got it right! Tonights effort was BBQ chicken pizza. We've always liked Mellow Mushroom's version of this...but this was just as good, if not better!

We tried a couple of new things that I think made a difference: parchment paper and Trader Joes dough. The dough and ensuing crust turned out much better than our initial attempt at homemade dough or Publix variety. 

Cooked some chicken cutlets before to use on the pizza. Then used a store bought (but perfect complimenting) BBQ sauce to start. Piled on mozzarella and smoked Gouda, some bacon, red onion, and banana peppers. 

THRILLED with how it turned out. The idea of "grilling" pizza isn't a novelty anymore, it just became real. Can't wait for the next one now!
