I admit it - I LOVE Cin Chili mix
Been using it for years now - not according to her recipe, but the way we like it. I always like to order direct, but today when I ordered via Amazon which still meant it would come directly to me from Cin Chili the postage was $5.99, but had I ordered directly from the Cin Chili website the postage would have been $10.99. Guess which way I chose! What really got me is when I hear these complaints that Amazon gets a piece of the action when they line up these vendors but in this case the price of the product was the same $54 for 12 packages and also $54 for 12 from Cin Chili but for $5 less postage! $5 is $5 is $5 and in my way of thinking Cin Chili has a screw loose!

They put chocolate and cinnamon in that stuff at Skyline, then they serve it on top of spaghetti all over the Ohio River Valley.
Not for me.

BBQ is a celebration of culture in America. It is the closest thing we have to the wines and cheeses of Europe.
Drive a few hundred miles in any direction, and the experience changes dramatically.

Ron,
Stamps.com figures the shipping for our site by destination and weight; so rate varies by location. Amazon charges a flat rate per item sold. 1 item =$5.99. 2 items = $5.99 x 2 or $11.98 etc. Here is a coupon code to get $10 off your next Cin Chili order of $40 or more ULUVCC . Also if you order over $75 of on-line products, shipping is free. If we had a location in Dunlap, IL , you could go there and pick it up. If you know of a store you feel would be a good fit for our Cin Chili, let us know and we'll contact them. Thanks for your past support of Cin Chili and hopefully your support in the future.

Skyline Chili puts 4lbs of cheese on everything. ..but, you'll save money on tp. You'll be backed up like a truckstop toilet. Get goat boy.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Bruce, Thank you for the explanation. Can you clarify one more thing for me/us? I placed my order yesterday via Amazon and today they notified me that YOU had shipped it today. The point that I have been trying to get across was that I believe Amazon does not stock it, but instead notified you of the order and you shipped it today. Is that correct?Bruce G said:Ron,

What u say makes sense, dropshipping is when the seller does not hold any stock of the item but the order routes through. This goes on all over the interwebs.Seattle, WA

Not for me.
I was stationed at Wright-Patterson from '83 to '87, and became absolutely hooked on the stuff.
Twenty-five years later I booked monthly flights from SLC to DC just to change planes in Cincinnati, to have another taste (5-Star instead of Skyline, but it was close). Diffurnt strokes, I guess.
@4Runner: Yeah, Skyline's "Skyliner" chili dogs were great too, they had to have the cheepest 'dogs and soft mealy white-bread buns, and they were Perfect like a WhiteCastle slider!
