Mini-Max outer circumference?

Hey gang..

Could someone please post the outer circumference of the Mini-Max?

I have an existing SS table that houses my Mini and my <cough> KJ Classic and am wondering if the MM can fit where the Mini currently is.  (The cutout for the Mini is about an inch to an inch and a half larger than the Mini for some reason, so am hoping that means I can fit the MM in there..)

Love my Mini, but the 10' grid is a PITA at times and would love the additional cooking surface.

It does seem like the MM "tapers" a bit less than some of the other Eggs.  I don't care if I have to raise it a bit if it does taper to a point I can fit it in the existing cutout - but making the cutout larger is a job I don't have the tools or the patience for and would probably hack up the SS table if I did have to try, so probably not an option..

    The hole size will depend upon where the egg sits depth wise. Safe bet of a 15"-16" penetration. More info would be helpful. And just a stupid question here...why mount like this and make it more difficult to transport. Unless you have no intention in transporting it? But, then why have the MM. Just me thinking out loud ;)

    Ha..you guys kill me sometimes.

    The MM would sit just so the handle is above the table.  That's where the Mini is at.  But if I need to raise it, I can.

    So, circumference right at the lower band would be goodness.

    I bought the Mini originally cuz it was the right size for cooking 95% of all meals for me and the Mrs..so, it wasn't really bought for portability but for "right size" Egging..ditto the MM.  I doubt we'd ever take it out of the table once it's set.  (Mini has only been on one field trip with us..it was a pain transporting it, lump, lighter, etc hundreds of miles each way, and we only wound up using it once or twice on a week long trip)..

    PS: I also bought the Mini cuz I could cook meals with about a cup of lump, vs pounds of lump.  The Mini is MUCH more fuel efficient as you guys know..plus, it comes up to temp a lot quicker than my <cough> KJ Classic (same size as LBGE).
