Just had to throw them on the egg

OK, I'm new to liver and have 10 pounds in the freezer. I have to try, even though my wife says just throw it away.Details on the prep and cook please?They/Them

An easy cook. Fry the bacon but not all the way you will throw it in at the end. Rinse the liver and dry it off. Place in pans with the bacon grease. Hit the liver with some pepper and anything else you like. Cut up some onions and peppers. I forgot my peppers. Start the liver and onions at the same time. Around 400 deg. When you flip the liver add the onions and the bacon to finish. My wife did the spuds. They turned out great. Will have to post how she did them. And send 5 pounds to me
