Late post. Super Bowl ham

Late post as I now have internet at home that actually works. Now I can start posting some of my cooks. Smoked an 11 pound ham on Super Bowl Sunday. Was a pre cooked ham. Cut skin off and made some cross cuts. Smoked with big chunks do hickory. Pulled at around 100° as it was already pre cooked. Very tasty. Now trying to decide what's next. I love this forum and all you guys info. Thanks chris
