I can say it is Hands Down our All Time Fav Meal. Everything is so balanced (colors & flavor) and the lemony broth with the parm peas and salmon . . is just perfect.

Got this recipe years ago in a cook book and made it about 5 times, but I now see the recipe online:  http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/salmon-in-lemon-brodetto-with-pea-puree-recipe.html

We always do the salmon on the BGE w/ a little alder chips.  My pics here Suck, but I really wanted to post this as Valentines Day is coming up . . . I promise this meal has it all and will not dissapoint!

Thanks @caliking . . to each their own, but this recipe is a homerun for us.  The mint in the peas & broth is so refreshing.

Not sure about the IT of the salmon, this time I went with @stemc33 method (he is from wyoming so +1 for his salmon technique) he posted recently.  Got egg to 350F w/ some alder chips - cooked at factory grid level for 2-3 minutes with flesh to the fire, then flipped Skin side down for about 8-10 mins more.  Pulled with fish spatula (left skin on grate) when push back was right.  This salmon was wild COHO . . and didnt get much Albumin . . not sure if that is normal or not?
