I saw this recipe in Bon Apetite and it looked good, so gave it a try tonight...and it did not disappoint, in fact one of the better new dishes I've tried recently. The flavor was awesome.

I couldn't find the Bird Cihils and improvised and it didn't turn out nearly as hot as I wanted, but my wife likes it milder so a win for her tonight. Next time I'll try the Asian market.

    Great, I don't have all the ingredients for this and we are about to get snowed in.
