Grilling after midnight

Starting the grill after midnight is where it's at. Sometimes the simple stuff is the best. I think I'll call it the 1am burger.

I agree. i did a tri tip a couple of weeks ago low and slow, reverse sear style for a house guest that was arriving late. She got into town a bit after midnight. She said when she got out of her car the whole neighborhood smelled like midnight BBQ, she knew it was the right house!BGE XL in the Pacific NW

Never tried a burger with an egg on it, I will now after seeing this.

Google "Bo burger". The fried egg on the burger has been around for a long time. Great way to wind up a late evening/early morning. "Ah, to be young again!"Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

BTW, I visited Australia once, and they put a fried egg on anything, it was always an option on your burgers, I got one every time!!
