Made these couple weeks back and they turned out excellent.  Doing them again this weekend.  Will take pics to post.


Fill a gallon zip lock bag with frozen wings and marinate them in coke (coca cola) in the fridge all day.

Drain the coke then apply a light rub using Webers ‘Kickn Chichen’.

Plate setter (legs up).  Grid will naturally be at the felt level.  

Grill indirect at 375 for 30 minutes.  Flip for 20 minutes.  Then toss them in Sweet Baby Ray’s New Wing Sauce & Glaze “Kickin’ Bourbon” sauce then back on for 10 more minutes.
