Rumrunner,[p]Wow they look good! Would you say it is as tender as a Tri-Tip or Hanger Steak? They tend to have a good beefy taste but can be a little chewy. [p]Also, the baked potatoes.....I wanna try this sometime soon. How'd you cook yours?[p]Howard

Howard, I find the Ball Tip Roast, when sliced thin against the grain, to be equally as good as the Tri-Tip. [p]I poked a couple holes in the potatoes, rubbed with olive oil, sprinkled with Kosher Salt and cooked them off to the side on the grill at approx 375°-400° for an hour.
