SHISH KABOB

Here's a shish kabob I did Saturday night.  Oh My so good.

Costco leg o lamb boneless
marinade:  Olive oil, fresh rosemary, oregano, fresh garlic, salt, pepper. In the frig for about 3 hours.  Used left over marinade for basting.  Cooked with out wood chips on a raised CI grate. medium rare.

Served over a blend of wild rice and brown short grain rice.  Baby Asparagus 
Joans famous lemoncello, blueberries and chocolate ice cream
