Let's see some cast iron that fits the MiniMax

Now that I've acquired a MM I need to get myself some cast iron cookware that fits inside it. Can you MM owners show me maybe what you're using in them? I'd be interested in seeing just about anything from dutch ovens to skillets to griddles as long as it's cast iron. Help a fellow Egger out! Thanks.

I've always thought this was a cool piece:It is a DO and the lid doubles as a skillet. I don't have it because I already had a DO the same size with the normal handle. I'm not sure the DO would fit on the MM, but I think the top should. May want to double check the measurements including the handles.I bet this little guy would fit:Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks for the links! I was thinking that I may have to cut the handles off of some of them n order to make them fit. That 1st one is really cool! I'd like a DO for sure and also something to fry in.My PitMaster IQ120 FREAKIN ROCKS!!!!!!! Current BGE arsenal: XL & MiniMax

For sure this lodge works. Love the Woo as well. Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I have some old 9" iron square pans I bought at Ikea marked down to $5 because they were getting out of iron cookware. Wish I bought them all, but I have two. I use them to fry wings, and as an indestructible drip pan. Lightweight for iron (thin wall) but they hold up to egg temps no problem.
You might have to find something yard sale cheap and cut the handle off.

@Mickey does it matter if it's a ci pan,or if its just a ci grid? Or does it have to be a skillet for you?LBGE | Conroe, TX

Also... A 14 or 16 inch wok sits perfect in it.. Obviously not down in the egg, but I seasoned mine the other evening after doing some steaks on it, and it worked fantastic sitting on the fire ring and didn't touch the gasket.-FATC1TY

This is in my small, but should work just fine with woo in the MM. It's the lid to a camp oven style dutch oven, 10".

The "burn marks" are not big. Don't care for the weight and like SS just fineSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -

So i couldnt find online a cast iron grid for my Mini-Max and in store at my local dealer i asked if the Mini-Max even had a grid from BGE, they advised me no. I continued looking around at other BGE items i wanted and turns out they do and found it in their own store LOL

The Lodge 10.25-inch frying pan will fit after you take a hacksaw to the handle. It's cheap, easy to find, and very useful.
