Tried something new to me tonight; cut up a loin into medallions marinated in Huli-Huli sauce for a couple hours then wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon. On the egg no PS at 375, came out pretty darn good, even if it was 39 degrees this afternoon in sunny Fl.
