Am shopping for a meat book. Looking more specifically for meat cut for beef, pork, chicken etc. Thank you for any suggestion.

Do you mean a book on how to cut meat? If you are just talking about a great cookbook for preparing/grilling meat . . . I would suggest the NEW cooks illustrated book called Meat Book.I do not have it yet, but I have flipped through it and I am Huge fan of their website/mag.Columbus, OH
