Stuffed Pork Loin, Tater Tots ala Griffin and some meatballs

Had some friends over Saturday night for a stuffed pork loin with spinach, mozzarella, and sun dried tomatoes seasoned with DP Raising the Steaks. Made some bacon wrapped Tater Tots seasoned with Cow Lick to go with it. Yesterday scrounged up some quick meatballs for the Colts game. Two pounds beef two pounds pork, sharp cheddar, green onions, some leftover bacon bits and a little bread crumbs and egg for binder. Nothing super spectacular but another good weekend of food and Colts win!
