Homemade Bread and Chicken Thighs for Dinner

I ran up on a dutch-oven bread recipe that was real close to MaineEgg's Camp Bread. Since my camp bread never came out that well, I thought I would try another version of it to see if it was me or the recipe. It's me, but this time was better than the last few times. At least I could eat the bread this time.
The chicken thighs came out nice with just some salt and pepper. The rest will go in the wok tomorrow.
Also harvested the last sprig of spinach from the garden. And the Romaine lettuce for the salad was the last of to be had this season. The cream corn came from a can. It was all good. Here's the proof.

Good decision to try the bread again. Might try again in a few days to see if I'm on track. I hate to be defeated when I follow the recipe exactly as written.
At least I've got bread for toast in the morning.

@Spring_Chicken: Looks great to me! Wish I had that plate in front of me right now. I love chicken thighs most any way they can be cooked.KelleyEgging with No Joke Smoke (Bruce), enjoying small town life in Brenham, TX., the home of Blue Bell Ice Cream.
