Salmon, and salad with roasted tomato dressing

Nothing too special, but I wanted to try making my own salad dressing.
Tossed some campari tomatoes and big cloves of garlic with OO in the CI and roasted about 20 minutes.  Mixed some of the tomatoes and garlic with OO, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and some fresh herbs and hit it with the stick blender.
Salmon - OO, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, savory, thyme.  flesh side down 5 minutes, flip, 5 more minutes.  IT 145 was too done for my liking.
Sorry for the lousy grill pix, it's cold and dark out there...

Excellent meal! I'm not a salad person as such, but the flavors in your dressing sound great.

Looks good, how was the dressing? I like the idea of roasted tomatoes in a dressing.

@legume  Pretty tasty, and it was easy.  I could see improving it with better quality olive oil, and maybe adding some greek olives and feta to it, too.  (It was good enough, though, that we saved the leftover)

the roasted tomatoes and garlic smelled fantastic.  I think i'm going to do that again and make it into a tomato sauce, maybe for shrimp and pasta.
