Wang's!

Last time at B-Dubs I tried the dry buffalo wings rub, this rub is un-freaking unbelievable. Purchased a bottle to get the ingredient makeup in order to try and duplicate them at home. Not way to duplicate as there is some interesting stuff and items I can't pronounce. So went looking for a dry buffalo rub online and this one center up numerous times so I decided to try it out http://www.food.com/recipe/k-jons-dry-rub-buffalo-wings-435228. Half the wings with K Jon's and the other half took a tablespoon of canola in a baggie and put in the wings and shook to coat, then a couple tablespoons of of B-Dubs. Onto an indirect 400 raised grid for about 40 minutes as the wings were a tad froze still.
