Hi folks! I'm a brand new egghead and loving it. Have had my XL BGE for about a month. So far I've smoked baby back ribs, wings, steaks and, most recently, the suckling pig pictured below. Looking forward to learning from everyone's experiences!

My sincerest apologies, haha. Marinated and stuffed with chimichurri (traditional Argentine bbq marinade - my family is from Argentina). Served with sweet potato mash.
