Thanks all, I also need to send out another thanks to @tarheelmatt for the sauce. I've only used sweet sauce until he sent me this stuff. Also, my son said he thinks he likes the vinegar stuff better than the sweet stuff.Steven

Large BGE in a Sole' Gourmet Table
Using the Black Cast Iron grill, Plate Setter,
and a BBQ Guru temp controller.
Medium BGE in custom modified off-road nest.

@Zmokin, it's easier to due the large cuts in the cold vs standing outside flipping burgers. I did make burgers yesterday before starting the butt though.Steven
