XL egg lower fire box ring cracked

About three weeks old. Do I need to go to the dealer or contact BGE directly? Hopefully this is easy and quick.

Just leave it. I had a cracked one on my xl for years. I finally turned it in for a new one and the new one broke within weeks. It's been fine for about 6 months in its cracked state.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

I'd go to the dealer. If no help then call do not e-mail BGE.

Get a new one and put it in the garage like everyone else. Dealer should help you.

Fire box and fire ring are different which cracked? You know the firebox comes with a slit cut in it? Just making sure have seen that confuse people before. If it is a crack take a picture to your dealer.

When mine cracked a picture wasn't good enough for my bge dealer.( Ace ) He wanted the broken pieces, he wouldn't let me keep them. He also made me produce a receipt even though he knew good and well that I purchased two bge's from him"I'm stupidest when I try to be funny"

Mine cracked too. I emailed the dealer a photo and he had BGE ship him a new one. Couldn't have been any easier

Just called my dealer regarding cracked fire ring, got nothing but buck passing and disinterested people. Not giving up until I am satisfied and everyone fully hates me, if that's whats necessary.
