Perfect pork loin and Hakurei turnips

Sorry for the braggy title but this pork really was perfect, and who knew turnips could taste so good? I got a box of veggies from our local organic farmer and in it was a bunch of Hakurei turnips. I braised them in water, sugar, and butter. Then wilted the greens. Oh my were they good. The pork was marinated in sweet pepper sauce and Worcester for 8 hrs. Then raised direct at 400 for about 40 minutes turning every ten. Not a bite left. Even the six year old loved it. Anyway, not bad for a Sunday night.
Fish, Hunt, Cook....anything else?
