Just to see how tender it would be. Stater Bros. meat department in Southern California has select beef and it is good. Never been disappointed.

Very tender. Mickeys rub, 275 raised grill. pulled at 110F and lowered CI grate and burnt it alittle to 130F. Yum

Good looking piece of cow and a great plate.

I feel the need to correct a common misconception. London broil is not a cut of beef but a cooking method. Flank steak is the most traditional cut for this way of preparation. Shoulder and round are also widely used.

Select beef is hard to come by in my area. All the grocery stores sell Choice.
