NY Strip on the Mini BGE

Simple weeknight cook. It was a large one, so we split it.

Had the Mini BGE set up at 500 deg g dome temp with a CI grid. Grilled it for a few minutes per side and pulled it at 123 deg f internal temp. Rested it for 10 min before slicing. The Mrs. was happy. :)
