Assembled and then threw the whole thing on the egg for just over an hour at approx 350 indirect until is was bubbling. Then blasted at 500 for a few minutes to char up the top. Used some soaked apple chips for a little smoke. I took my time with sauce but other than that... Pretty easy dish. It was delicious!South Florida - Large BGE (DOB: 12/07/2013)
