Did a prime rib roast for a party at my house last night and decided to let it rip after it was done. It really needed it!
Now my gasket is toast!
Any suggestions on which gasket I should go with?
Also, when I lifted the dome, things seem to be a little loose. I'm assuming I need to tighten things up now correct?
