I'm drinking Sapphire right now... And been trying some new brands. But you know what I've really started to experiment with?
The Tonic. It makes a huge difference. There is some craft Tonic on the market now and it is awesome. -

She is the kindest, most loving, mischievous dog I've ever met. Except for chewing on my favorite pair of boots, she has been a perfect companion.

Interesting.....hell, there's craft everything else. Why not tonic?
Anything in particular? I usually go with the Canada Dry which I do like better than Schwepps.

The ribs look great! How long did you cook them, what temp, and it looks like indirect? Thank you!Auburn, Alabama
-
Indirect, 250ish, I think it's going to take at least 5 hours.
-
Well the Brussels Sprouts are going on...
-
So bump the temp. 350 you're done a lot sooner.
-
I think I am going to kick up the temp a bit next time.
-
Sounds like a recipe for success!
Gin and tonic used to be my drink of choice. Tried a number of gins - Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray, Tanqueray 10, Rangpur, and others and came to the conclusion that Hendricks was the best for me.
I liked to squeeze a small wedge of lime and add a dash of salt to it.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
