OT fried burritos

Fried burritos with green chili and tomatillo sauce. The first time I've made the sauce. It worked out nice. I just made a real thin white gravy then add some spices and a can of chopped green chili's and a half jar of Verdi salsa. Top with sour cream and Cilantro.
2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

Looks delish, and yes well photographed too. Here in my area of So-Cal we refer to a fried burrito as a Chimichanga.When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin' Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)
