    @thetrim‌ Let me paint a picture for you. Walk in Cooler has been down almost two days. Box temp was at 68℉ at the beginning of the job. We were there to replace the rooftop condensing unit, evaporator unit, thermostat, TXV and solenoid valve. Took us around 6 hrs and box temp rose to 76℉. All the while food was still being served out of said cooler. I'm not saying it's okay. Fact is "ALL" of that product should've been 86ed. You would've likely been okay. But, I get why ya didn't chance it.

    @NPHuskerFL‌ You are a subject matter expert. Too lTe now. I'd also add that there a fair amount of blood and meat sweat inside the cooler it shipped in. They're. Sending a replacement so I hated throwing it out but am content w it.
