Pork Butt Burnt Ends in APL Melting Garlic Sauce

Started by making APL's "Melting Garlic" Sauce.  I could have cooked it in the egg but for the sake of time I decided to do it inside.  3lb. boneless butt chunk seasoned with Sweet Rub O Mine and on Egg at 250 until pushing 160 IT (approx. 3 hours).  Basted with Bone Sucking Sauce 15 mins. prior to removing.  Cut it into 1.5" chunks, coated in a bit more Bone Sucking Sauce then into the "Melting Garlic" in aluminum pan.  Placed back on 250 degree Egg until tender (200 IT).  Think it took another 2 hours.  It was amazing!!  My son isn't a big meat eater but said it was meat candy and wants this again for his birthday.

Thanks guys.  It's a bit more work than the everyday pulled pork but definitely worth it.
